Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

  • We ship in business days. Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • US Postal Service shipments cannot be changed after shipped.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 1- 5 business days after order has been placed.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.

S&W currently ships to the United States – we are working towards being able to ship our products globally.

  1. How much is shipping? S&W Beauty Supply offers free shipping and Handling!
  2. Can I track my order? Yes, we ship our products through a trackable service. These details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you. Please contact us, if you did not receive this tracking number in your shipping email.
  3. Where does my order ship from? We rely on of shipping partners UPS, FedEx or USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Returns and Replacements

S&W Beauty takes pride in providing great customer care

Returns may be made within 30 days upon the order being shipped for any unused and defective items. There is a 20% restock fee for our returns unless items are defective or damaged. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return. If returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Refund or return credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged. Refused package will be returned to sender.Ineligible Items for return

  1. Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.
  2. ALL Fashion Jewelries and Cosmetics are Final Sale.
  3. Any product that is used, damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.

Return Process

  1. Go to the contact us page located at the bottom of the page and fill out your name, email, telephone (optional) and provide a comment specifying what will be returned the reason why and provide the invoice number.
  2. We will review the email and we will respond via email when it’s OK to return the product.
  3. Make sure the product is carefully repackaged along with all of the items that the product came with.
  4. Ship the return to S&W Beauty Supply attention PO Box 1044, Altus, OK 73522.
  5. The refund will be issued back to your card or given store credit within 10 business days upon receiving the returned item(s) and passing return criteria.
